Beginner Korean Culture Pathway Courses Start!

Our Continuing Education Center is thrilled to welcome you to "Discover Korea: Beginner Korean Culture Pathway" — a new 5-week program, made for anyone who's ever fallen in love with a K-drama binge, hummed along to K-pop, or dreamed of ordering confidently at a Korean BBQ. No experience needed — just curiosity! 

Classes meet every Friday, 9 AM–1 PM, and the whole experience is hands-on and immersive. You'll start with the building blocks — Hangul and everyday expressions — and grow from there into real conversations about travel, food, modern Korean life, music, and entertainment, all in a warm, small-group setting where beginners genuinely thrive.

Whether you're a working professional, a college or high school student, or simply someone in the DC/Northern Virginia area who's always wanted to take that first step into Korean language and culture, this pathway was designed with you in mind.
