Columbia College and Jingzhou Institute of Technology had singed MOU to advance mutual vocational and academic excellence, September 19, 2019. Visiting guests were Secretary Chen Fei, Dean Qian Liang, and Dean Gong Wutang. The public school has over 20,000 students in the old city of Jingzhou, Hubei Province, China.
