Washington's Birthday is a United States federal holiday celebrated on the third Monday of February in honor of George Washington, the first President of the United States. National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden Ice Rink DC’s version of NYC’s rink at Rockefeller Center sits encircled by monumental sculptures on the National Mall.
