Happy 17th Anniversary! October 17th, 2016 marked the 17th anniversary since the founding of Columbia College. For the occasion, we have organized a barbeque party on Tuesday, October 18th where all students, faculty and staffs could come together and celebrate. Columbia College ESL students went on a field trip to the US Capitol from September 27th, 2016 to September 29th, 2016. Students were given a detailed history explanation of the Library of Congress and enjoyed the scheduled tour.
This year, Columbus day is on Monday, October 10, 2016. Columbus Day is a public holiday in the United States that commemorates the voyage of Christopher Columbus to the Americas in 1492. Federal observation of the holiday began in 1937 but Americans have been observing the anniversary of the voyage since colonial times.

Columbia College Tysons main campus hosted Open House on August 27, 2016. It provides general information about the Columbia College and its programs, ESL/Online ESL, TOEFL/TESOL, Dental Laboratory Technology, Massage Therapy, Cosmetology, Culinary Arts, Nurse Aide, Computer Science, Business Administration, Teaching English for Early Childhood, and Technical & Business English. Many prospective students visited Open House to get information regarding the programs and career pathways. They also experienced chair massage and manicure services with our current students, graduates, and instructors. Columbia College is looking forward to having you as our students soon!
